I need your help for a piece I'm reporting on heart failure and congenital heart disease.

Hello! I need your help for an upcoming edition of The Heart Dialogues!
I’m writing a guide to heart failure for adults with congenital heart issues. This topic is woefully under covered—and even writing the words “heart failure” feels like dropping a bomb into a bowl of Cheerios—but increasingly important for the CHD community.
I’ll be drawing on scientific research and interviews with healthcare providers, but I also want the expertise of patients.
What do you want to know about heart failure? What questions or topics are important for me to cover?
If you’re in heart failure, what has the experience been like? How has it impacted your life physically, logistically, emotionally or otherwise? How are you treating it, if at all?
I want to hear from you!
